Industrial Flooring
Industrial flooring is particularly known for its durability and has been used for many years for this very reason. In areas with high traffic loads that require high resistance to pressure, impacts and friction, this particular flooring is used very intensively. Initially, it was made of reinforced concrete, cement and aggregates. However, recently, its waterproofing has been improved and its durability has increased due to the addition of materials that are now used in industrial flooring, meeting the increasing demands.
Epoxy Flooring
Epoxy flooring is a type of industrial flooring and more correctly we would call it a coating. Essentially, it is a system of two or three-component epoxy resins and is applied either in the form of paint or as a self-leveling coating in a thickness of between 2 and 6 millimeters. Epoxy floors have a huge range of applications. They are used in all kinds of industry - crafts or professional spaces, but now also in decorative spaces such as shops, shopping centers, healthcare facilities, and even in homes with a modern design.
Stamped Floors
Stamped floors are made of concrete as their main material and are a way to cover large surfaces, mainly outdoor areas. Stamped floors are highly resistant to time and stress and are therefore used for Roads, Walkways, Sidewalks and Yards, gardens, swimming pools, parking lots, parking for driveways, entrances, common areas of apartment buildings, ramps for squares, shopping malls, shops
Ramps
Ramps are usually built in basements, yards, driveways, garages, industrial and other areas. Their surfaces are hard and durable to provide anti-slip protection. Their application process includes cleaning the surface, placing a structural grid, creating ridges, as well as creating anti-slip grooves (herringbone) and perimeter facets. The ramps are waterproof, resistant to fats, acids and salts. They are also resistant to mechanical stress. They do not require maintenance for many years, are relatively easy and quick to manufacture and come in a wide variety of colors. Anti-slip ramps Anti-slip ramps are recommended for underground or elevated garages and parking lots, with the aim of making it safer for cars to enter or exit. Concrete C 16/20 reinforced with structural grid T 092 and reinforced with polypropylene fibers is the material for the construction of the anti-slip ramp. After the surface is shaped, correct slopes are given with the help of a special mold. Then, a water drainage grate is installed and the ramp is concreted. This is followed by the application of 2 layers of hardening material and paint if requested. Immediately afterwards, the anti-slip surface (herringbone type) is constructed.
